This Client Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Aguasol24 Real Estate ("Agency") and the client ("Client") who completes this registration form.
Client hereby engages Agency as their representative for the purpose of locating, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of real estate properties. Agency agrees to use reasonable efforts to identify properties that meet Client's criteria.
The Client acknowledges that the Agency’s commission is to be paid by the seller in accordance with local practices and listing agreements, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event that the Client completes a transaction bypassing the Agency for a property introduced by the Agency, the Client agrees to pay the Agency a commission of 5% of the actual purchase price.
All information provided by Client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of identifying suitable properties. Agency will not disclose Client's information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
This Agreement shall remain in effect for 12 months from the date of signing. The parties agree that this document is signed electronically and will be delivered to both parties by email.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of law in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
We collect personal information including name, contact details, ID information, and property preferences to provide real estate services. This information is necessary for property transactions and legal compliance.
Your information will be used to: identify suitable properties, prepare contracts, comply with legal requirements (including anti-money laundering regulations), and communicate with you about properties and services.
We implement security measures to protect your personal information. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Electronic records are stored on secure servers with encryption where appropriate.
We may share your information with: property sellers, notaries, lawyers, and government authorities as required for transactions. We do not sell client information to third parties.
You may request access to your personal information or corrections to inaccurate data. Requests must be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer at sale@aguasol24.com.
