Co-Brokerage with AGUASOL24

AGUASOL24 generates and owns the buyer leads. We pass the lead to the partner. The partner handles showings, negotiations, attorneys, and closing.

Roles

  • Lead Broker (AGUASOL24): sources/qualifies the buyer, publishes partner materials, forwards the lead.
  • Closing Partner (You): manages showings, negotiations, legal coordination, and closes the transaction.

Workflow

  • We receive the buyer contact and forward it to the partner.
  • The partner communicates directly with the buyer (native language if needed).
  • The partner may close independently.
  • Transparency is required:
    • Commission agreement;
    • Copy of the Purchase & Sale Contract for accurate commission settlement.

Commission Models

  • Standard: 50/50 split on closed deals.
  • Alternative: 40/60 split (60% to partner, 40% to AGUASOL24) by prior written agreement.
  • AGUASOL24 Listing Sales: 30/70 split (70% to partner, 30% to AGUASOL24) when selling our in-house listings.

All commission splits are calculated based on the net commission received at closing.
